Privacy Notice

How AI Workstation handles prompts, files, images, links, and usage data.

What we process

Public pages do not require sign-in. We process questions, links, documents, or images only after you submit them to receive a response or complete a requested task.

For security and product analytics, we may record a device identifier, feature events, language, referring host, campaign tags, and a coarse country code. Growth analytics do not store full referrer URLs, precise location, or raw IP addresses.

Topic Intelligence

The public Topic Intelligence Skill reads only public Global Topic Radar feed, sources, and history data. It requires no AI Workstation API key, does not access ChatGPT or Codex credentials, and does not upload the user's full conversation to AI Workstation.

Standard operational HTTP logs may record request time, public endpoint, response status, User-Agent, and network metadata needed for security and abuse prevention. Requests should contain no credentials or conversation body.

Service providers

Requests may be processed by model API, hosting, and network providers configured by AI Workstation. GPT-5.6 is accessed through those APIs/providers. AI Workstation is not an official OpenAI product.

Files and controls

Uploaded files are scheduled for cleanup after 30 days for guests and 180 days for members. You can delete chats, delete individual memories or clear memory, and export chats as Word, PDF, Markdown, or text.

Deletion can involve soft deletion and scheduled cleanup; we do not promise that every copy is physically erased immediately after a click.

Sensitive information

Do not submit API keys, identity documents, passwords, client data, trade secrets, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
