Self-service controls

Delete individual chats in the product; delete individual memories or clear all long-term memory in Memory Center. Chat deletion currently uses a soft-delete process.

Export chats as Word, PDF, Markdown, or text before deletion if you need a copy.

Uploaded files

The default cleanup period is 30 days for guest uploads and 180 days for member uploads. A background cleanup task removes expired files.

Manual requests

If self-service controls do not cover your request, email zxhwolfe@gmail.com with the device or membership identifier and the requested scope. We may verify ownership.

Backups, logs, and soft-deleted records may remain for a reasonable period for security, recovery, and legal obligations, so physical deletion is not guaranteed to be immediate.
