Mirror the career-ops application tracker to a Notion database via export, and read Notion records back into the pipeline as job leads via search.
Tasks
Run `node plugins.mjs run notion export` to push tracker rows (company / role / status / score) to the "Applications" database
Run `node plugins.mjs run notion search "<query>"` to find Notion records with a job URL and append them to the pipeline
Inputs
`data/applications.md` tracker rows (company / role / status / score)
"Applications" Notion database with Company / Role / Status / Score / URL properties
`NOTION_ACCESS_TOKEN` and `NOTION_PARENT_PAGE_ID` in `.env`
Outputs
`export` returns `{ pushed: N }` and never writes local files
`search` returns `Job[]` objects ({ title, url, company, location }) for records with a job URL, written to the pipeline by the engine
Limitations and checks
`data/applications.md` stays the source of truth; Notion is an additive mirror
`search` only returns records that carry a job URL
`export` never writes local files
Confirm `.env` has both `NOTION_ACCESS_TOKEN` and `NOTION_PARENT_PAGE_ID` before running commands
Verify the "Applications" database exists under your Career Ops page with the Company / Role / Status / Score / URL properties and is shared with your integration
Use `node plugins.mjs run notion export --dry-run` to preview before writing to Notion
Confirm `export` output shows `{ pushed: N }` and that no local files were changed
