With `--json`, raw JSON; `file_evolutions` is included when using `--diff` without `--no-files`.

Limitations and checks

Only inline pull-request review comments are extracted; issue comments and the pull-request description are not included.
Extremely long files can still be heavy; lower `--max-file-chars` or use `--no-files`.
Confirm `gh auth status` shows an authenticated session before extracting a pull request.
Use `--diff` when the review requires first-to-final text comparison.
Use `--max-file-chars N` when first/final file dumps need truncation.
Use `--no-files` with `--diff` when only suggestion and feedback summaries are needed.
Verify that feedback is mapped to the relevant first-draft and final-version sections before drawing style lessons.
