Limitations and risks

Quick-install binaries do not bundle Claude Code; users must install it separately and set CLAUDE_BIN_PATH.
The macOS/Linux quick install requires AVX2 on x64 CPUs; older Intel/AMD hardware and some VMs must install from source. ARM64 is unaffected.
Archon sends anonymous usage events by default; opting out requires setting environment variables such as ARCHON_TELEMETRY_DISABLED=1.

Getting started

Install the standalone CLI via curl (quick install takes about 30 seconds; a full guided setup wizard takes about 5 minutes), install Claude Code and set CLAUDE_BIN_PATH, cd to your project and run claude, then say: 'Use archon to fix issue #42'.
