Fact base

Repository identity, README files, licenses, releases, and other public material form the fact base. Pages retain original GitHub links and review dates.

How models are used

Models may assist classification, independent English drafting, and natural-language intent understanding, but never replace direct evidence. Public findings must pass structure, evidence, language, and release-generation gates.

Version boundaries

Chinese and English share verified facts but are edited and published separately. A stale translation is never presented as current. Providers and exact model versions may change with runtime configuration.
