Supported language strategy

• Manual language selection is saved locally and takes priority.
• URL language parameters and browser language are used when the user has not chosen a fixed language.
• Unsupported languages fall back to English for global usability.
• Arabic uses right-to-left layout; other supported languages use left-to-right layout.
